Quality Manager (RS1)

If you’re a Quality Manager with the ability to lead and develop a growing team in a manufacturing environment, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
You’ll be driving the change culture in the business, and will ensure a ‘quality first’ mindset is adopted throughout the facility. Current accreditation to TS16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001 need to be maintained and updated where needed (think IATF transition).
You will analyse current processes and assess their effectiveness, implementing strategies to improve quality throughout the engineering and manufacturing cycles. You’ll also form a key part of the NPI project team at times, ensuring the process is as seamless as possible.
The team currently comprises of a customer quality engineer, metrology specialists and a field quality engineer. You’ll need to be a confident mentor and coach, will probably have experience managing a similar sized team.
You’ll probably have around 3-5 years in a Quality Manager position already, but will be looking to join a growing business.
Experience in the automotive sector is ideal, but not essential. It’s more about your capability and understand of quality within a manufacturing environment.
