Graduate Recruitment Consultant
M-Tec Engineering Solutions are seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates, ideally with a sales background who want to kick start their career in recruitment.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, it will be your responsibility to manage the recruitment process from winning new clients and business to sourcing the best candidates for that role. You will then manage that process from interview preparation through to negotiations of job offers.
